Fried Chicken and Sweet Potato Pie
Edna Lewis, revered chef and cookbook author emphasized the use of local, fresh ingredients in the 1970's, when people were more likely to reach for canned or frozen food for their dinner. This 22 minute documentary tells the story of her life, from her childhood on a Virginia farm through her days as a celebrity chef in New York, to her final cookbook, co-authored with her colleague and friend, Scott Peacock.

203 Days
This half hour documentary explores the experience of Sarah Neider, 89, during the last 203 days of her life. Terminally ill and in pain, Sarah has gone to live with her daughter, Kaye Green. With the help of hospice and family love and support, Kaye and Sarah face the reality of Sarah's condition with humor and strength.
